Not strictly friend or family, but I have come across your blog about Catherine. My 8 month old son has an undifferentiated spinal sarcoma (they originally thought it was a neuroblastoma, but now they dont actually know exactly what it is, just that it is malignant). He started chemo last week. I have been trying to connect with other people going through a similar journey to us, or having come out the other side, so started my own blog at http://realliferollercoaster.blogspot.com Yours is the first story I have read of such a young child with something similar to my son.
